Seminar/Webinar Program Overview The following are sample programs. Topics can be customized to fit your audience. Find Your Balance in an Out of Balance World - A motivating, educating, often humorous outline of Barbara's book: Find Your Balance in an Out of Balance World. Barbara also helps you to maneuver yourself in our hectic, nutritionally void, high-calorie environment so you can dine out and still manage your weight.
