High Risk Lifestyle Coaching has a high rate of sustainable success, indicating that it provides more impact than a Wellness Program or Disease Management Program alone. High Risk Lifestyle Coaching can be added to your existing program - no need to change current vendors. barbMotivates is happy to work with: - Your existing insurance carrier's wellness plan - Third-Party Wellness Providers - Your existing broker's cost containment strategies How Do We Engage Employees to Participate Lifestyle Coaching is a "benefit" under a company's Wellness Plan. Coaching should be voluntary, however there are "best practices" for promoting High Risk Coaching. Typically, they are: - Incentive Based - Heavily communicated as an employer paid benefit - Passed off from Disease Management - Voluntary or subsidized benefit How Do You Coach? Coaching is provided on-site, telephonically and via email. Coaching is purchased in blocks of hours targeting approximately 10% of your population billed on a per employe per month basis.
